Orders placed by 3pm EST Mon. 12/28 -Wed.12/30 ship the same day, not including custom wheel or custom bike orders. Orders placed after 3pm will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST Wed. 12/30 will ship Mon. 1/4. There will be no outbound service provided Thurs. 12/31 or Fri. 1/1 UPS delivery will not be provided for these days as well. Our retail store will be open 10am - 4pm EST on Thurs. 12/31 for in-store purchases and customer service. For order tracking by phone please call 732-370-6881. We will be open Fri. 1/1 from 10am - 8pm EST. Due to conditions out of our control we are unable to guarantee on-time delivery for any order. Though rare, delays in the electronic transfer of orders is possible and may delay an orders shipping status. |
