| Shipping: Shipping rates may vary due to oversized packages, orders requiring multiple cartons for delivery, out of the way locations or international shipping zones. Staff Bicycle, Inc. reserves the right adjust shipping rates should your address fall under one of the afore mentioned locations or shipping requirements. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico please select UPS 2nd Day AK/HI/PR or UPS Next Day Shipping only. If you reside in Canada Please select UPS Standard CAN only. Staff Bicycle, Inc. reserves the right to request an adult signature for delivery of merchandise due to high value or suspect zones or addresses. Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns on new and unused merchandise only. Parts and accessories cannot be installed, articles of clothing cannot be worn and /or washed. A return authorization is required on all returns and any merchandise returned to us without authorization will not be accepted. Please call (732)370-6881 should you need to return any item(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice and the returned merchandise must be in new and unistalled un-used condition and in original packaging except in cases of warranty issues. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges except in cases of a mistake on our behalf in which we will re-imburse the return shipping(via USPS priority mail or UPS ground shipping) or issue a call tag for the pick up of the item(s). The customer is responsible for shipping charges in exchange circumstances back to thier location except in cases of a mistake on our behalf in which the customer will not be liable for any charges for returning the merchandise to thier location. Staff Bicycle reserves the right to issue a store credit for returned items that do not meet the return policy criteria stated above in place of a refund. Up to a 15% re-stocking fee may apply to returned items. Credit Card Orders: Staff Bicycle, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. For the cardholders protection we will only ship to the card holders verified billing address, no alternate delivery address will be accepted. Please check the billing address on your most recent bank statement prior to placing an order and have this information available while entering your customer information when placing an order. From time to time we may require further information from you regarding the billing address information in which we will attempt to contact you via e-mail, please be sure to enter your correct e-mail address in your customer inforation. Your order will not ship until all information provided is positively verified. Product Specifications & Changes: Staff Bicycle, Inc. makes every attempt to keep item descriptions and specifications listed online as up to date and accurate as possible however manufacturer specifications are subject to change without notice and photographic and/or typographical errors may occur. Staff Bicycle, Inc. reserves the right to make pricing and descriptive changes when neccesary. All price, color and specifications are subject to change without notice. Retail store prices may vary from web and print media advertisements. Shipping Shortages & Mis-ships: If you have received an incorrect item or have been shorted any item(s) please contact us immediately. In either case Staff Bicycle, Inc. will allow re-imbursement for ground shipping for return/delivery of said items. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Back Ordered Items: Staff Bicycle, Inc. reserves the right to back order any item deemed unfit for sale. Some items may be out of stock, discontinued or unavailable at the time of your order. In this case items of clothing or in value of less than $25 US will not be re-shipped and you will not be charged for said items. Back ordered items will marked with a B/O symbol, any back ordered items will be noted on your invoice. If you have ordered an item that is momentarily out of stock but will be arriving to Staff Bicycle shortly your will be held until all items are available for shipment at once. Sales Tax: Customers residing outside of the state of New Jersey will not be charged sales tax. New Jersey residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all taxable items. Non-taxable items include but are not limited to essential clothing articles such as pant/shorts, shirts and/or footwear. Please note that hats, belts and backpacks are taxable clothing items. Warranty: All warranties are those of the original manufacturer. Staff Bicycle, Inc. neither implies or expresses any merchandise warranty including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular products. Staff Bicycle, Inc. shall not be liable for any incedental or consequential damages that may be suffered as a result of of the purchase and/or use of products purchased from Staff Bicycle, Inc. Though we may assist you in a warranty issue all product warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and thier respective warranty policies. International Orders: Please be advised that Staff Bicycle, Inc. reserves the right to adjust shipping rates to locations outside the contigious 48 states or International locales. Duties, taxes, tariffs or other charges may be due to your local/federal government upon delivery of the merchandise by you. We are unable to quote those rates. Please check these rates with your government prior to placing an order. Said import fees, duties or taxes are your sole responsibility, payable by you, the purchaser. Staff Bicycle, Inc. shall not be held liable for additional import fees, duties taxes or similar charges due to your country or local government. International orders ship either by UPS or USPS Global Express. A representative of Staff Bicycle may contact you requesting further documentation to assist us in completing your order. Should we not receive a response or should you not wish to comply with said request the order will be deleted and no merchandise will be shipped. |
