Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Most orders are shipped within 24-48hrs. upon us receiving your order. Most orders placed by 3PM EST Mon.-Fri. ship the same day. Custom orders not included. Depending on what method of shipping is chosen delivery times will vary. Use this map to determine how many days a delivery to your location will take using UPS ground shipping. Choosing UPS 1 ( next day 24hr.), 2 (second day 48hr.) or 3 (third day 72hr.) day delivery will expedite your shipment if neccessary. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays and we are unable to guarantee day and time definite delivery on any order.
Q. Why is the 'BUY NOW' button for an item I would like to purchase not enabled?
A. The 'BUY NOW' button has been temporarily disabled because the product is momentarily out of stock. Once the item is back in stock the 'BUY NOW' button will be enabled and the item can placed in your cart for purchase.
Q. Is this site secure for credit card purchases online?
A. Yes, it is. We use an SSL server. Your sensitive personal information is encrypted for your protection. When "checking out" your cart, a padlock or key will appear in the bottom right corner of the window. This will icon will ensure that your information is secure when being transmitted to us. If the key or padlock should not appear in the window DO NOT place your order online and please call us immediately at 877-625-8339 toll free. You may also verify the security by clicking on the SSL certificate at the bottom left of this page.
Q. I would like to order merchandise I have viewed online but do not wish to place the order online using a credit card, what do I do?
A. 1.)Place all the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart and select a shipping method. Print 2 copies (1 to send to us and 1 for your records) of the Shopping Cart page. Write your personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail) on one copy. Purchase a Cashiers Check or Money Order for the Grand Total listed at the bottom of the page and mail your order to us. Once we receive your order and payment we will ship the merchandise immediately. 2.)Contact us by telephone at 877-625-8339 and place the order with a knowledgable salesperson.
Q. If I place an order using a credit card can I have my order shipped to a location other than the address that the credit card is billed to?
A. It is our policy to only ship orders to the verified address that the credit card is physically billed to. All billing address information is checked for accuracy using an Address verification Servise(AVS). We do this to ensure security to all customers and prevent credit card fraud and indentity theft. The only way an order can be secured is by shipping merchandise to the verified billing address of the credit used for the purchase.
